It's time to throw in the towel and then pick it up again because you're gonna need it. The rest doesn't really matter unless you intend travelling on public transport. I know people say "but everyone will stare" fact is most of the people that might stare will be naked themselves so stare right back! Funny how having no clothes on seems to bring out the best in people so I doubt it will be problem unless you have lots of very interesting body art.
