Blackmores Running Festival

Blackmores Running Festival - Sunday, 16th September

The race has been run to register a group onto Blackmore's Sydney Marathon, Half Marathon, Bridge Run and Family Fun Run. That doesn't mean you can't run as part of an existing group. This is (arguably) the most scenic course in the world so don't give up without trying.

The Olympic Welcome Home Parade in Sydney

The Olympics with be back in the media tomorrow with the Olympic Welcome Home Parade in Sydney making it's way down George Street to Town Hall.

Ultimo Science Festival - ends Sunday, 26th August

The Ultimo Science Festival has something for almost everyone from nursery rhymes and story telling to science shows, craft, art and film. I'm afraid they can't help you if you are 'curious' about the recent Martian Landing. The Ultimo Festival has sadly fallen short on this one, they have already told me that nobody would be interested by the time their festival commenced. You could try Sydney Observatory instead as Mars features as part of their holiday program.
